Your Company is the account that holds billing and your people roster. Workspaces, called Groups in the app, live inside it and separate teams or departments, each with its own projects, members, files, and roles.

Yes. Claritask works as a progressive web app and has a mobile app with push notifications for assignments, mentions, due dates, and more.

Plans & Billing

Free forever for up to 2 users. After that, $3 per user per month, pro-rated. No long-term contracts, cancel anytime on your own.

For $7 you get 7 days of full access plus personal onboarding from our team via email, phone, and video. The $7 is credited toward your first month, and you can cancel before the trial ends, no questions asked.

Add someone mid-month and you only pay for the days they're on board; remove someone and the difference is credited. Your bill always matches the team you actually have.

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Update your card anytime from company settings.

Yes. There are no contracts, and cancellation is self-serve from your company settings, no retention call required.

Roles & Clients

Three roles: Admin (their workspace), Staff (their projects), and Client (their projects only). Every person sees exactly what their role allows, and nothing more.

Yes. Invite a client with the Client role and they get visibility into their own projects and budgets, internal chatter and other clients stay invisible.

Invite by email and assign a role in the same step. Pending invites are tracked on one screen, where you can resend or cancel them anytime.

Yes, recurring tasks support daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. The next instance is created automatically in your timezone, with the original's assignees and tags.

Timesheets, weekly reports, task lists, sprint reports, and budget reports, to PDF, Excel (XLSX), and CSV. There are no export limits on any plan.

Yes. Every user gets a personal iCal feed, subscribe once and your task due dates appear in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar automatically.

Completely. Every notification type toggles individually, and you can set quiet hours, do-not-disturb days, or pause everything during deep work.

Data & Privacy

Deleted tasks, lists, projects, and files go to the Trash, where they can be restored with one click for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Yes, every user can download their personal data or request account deletion directly from their profile. Compliance is built into the product, not bolted on.

You do. Your projects, files, and history belong to your company, and you can export them at any time.
